I have been a coach, rower, coxswain and lover of the sport for over twenty years. I'm now spending my days documenting the most beautiful sport I know, both on and off the water. I travel across the United States and Canada to some of the largest rowing events in the world, but with some special love for teams in and around my home in Buffalo, NY and Ontario, Canada.

I have been around the sport of rowing since 2006 when I was first introduced to the Newburgh Rowing Club in Newburgh, NY. After spending many years as a coxswain and a masters rower, I now spend my days at the West Side Rowing Club in Buffalo, NY where I am a member of the board and a coach for the varsity junior program.
